The contact owns a 2008 Chrysler 300. The contact observed a malfunction with the front passenger seat belt buckle. The seat belt buckle failed to release with an occupant positioned in the seat belt. The occupant loosened the webbing and was able to squeeze out of the seat belt. The vehicle has not been repaired for the malfunction at this time. The VIN was unavailable. The failure mileage was 59,000. Updated 05/13/10.
