The contact owns a 2008 Chrysler 300. After the vehicle was serviced for NHTSA campaign number: 14V567000 (electrical system), the tire pressure monitor indicator illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that all four tire pressure sensors failed to communicate with the module and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 72,648. The VIN was unavailable.

The contact owns a 2008 Chrysler 300. The contact stated that the tire pressure sensors in the valve stem area were defective and he could not change the tires until he received new ones. The tire pressure warning light would illuminate intermittently. The vehicle was taken to a tire center to replace the tires where he was informed that the sensors were defective. He was referred to the dealership where he ordered the sensors which he had been waiting on for 2 months at the time of the complaint. The contact called the manufacturer who offered no assistance. The current mileage was 41,173. The failure mileage was approximately 40,000.
