The contact owns a 2011 Chrysler 300. The contact stated when adding gasoline to the fuel tank it would spill out. The fuel filler neck caused the fuel tank to malfunction. The fuel fumes would also linger in the interior of the vehicle which made her sick on the stomach. The vehicle was taken to the dealer on four occasions where they replaced the filler cap but the fuel continued to spill back out after refueling. The engine light also continued to illuminate and would not shut off. Each time the failure occurred the dealer would repair it under warranty. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
