I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE CONCERNED DIVISION FOR RECALL VEHICLES. AFTER IT TOOK 8-HOURS TO CHECK THE RECALL ITEM (AIRBAG CONNECTOR), THEN THE PART ARRIVED AT THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY REPAIRED MY VEHICLE, DURING THE COURSE OF THIS REPAIR THEY DAMAGED THE REAR BUMPER OF MY VEHICLE. AFTER COMPLAINING THEY STATED THEY COULD NOT FIND MY PAPERWORK AT THE TIME I SHOWED THEM THE DAMAGE, AFTER FILING ANOTHER COMPLAINT WITH THE RECALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE DEALERSHIP STATED "OH WE FOUND THE PAPERWORK AND THAT DAMAGE WAAS ALREADY THERE". NOT ONLY IS THAT A LIE, BUT AN INSULT TO MY INTELLIGENCE ESPECIALLY WHEN I INSPECTED THE AUTO BEFORE TAKING IT THERE AND AFTERWARDS I INSPECTED AGAIN AND DISCOVERED THE DAMAGE. THE DEALERSHIP DENIED ANY WRONG DOING, I THINK THIS IS A RIP-OFF AND POOR, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE DEALERSHIP IS AVONDALE CHRYSLER IN AVONDALE, ARIZONA. I DON'T EVER PLAN OF BUYING ANOTHER VEHICLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP, AGAIN.
