The contact owns a 2014 Chrysler 300. While attempting to open the trunk using the key remote, the trunk failed to open. The vehicle was taken to airport Chrysler (5751 Eagle vail dr, orlando, fl 32822) and the latch was repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 49,000. Updated 8/21/18
