navigation loses routing and voice prompts

Chrysler has replaced this radio and has tried to correct the loss of destination routing map and voice prompts too many times with out resolution. The video speaks for itself.

This is totally unacceptable, and my $40K Chrysler 300 S is a Lemon.

There are so many issues with this vehicle it is no longer worth the time and money traveling back and forth to different service departments, only to see the same negative result.

This car was great for 1 month. Over a year ago it failed electronically and lost power, two times once when driving on an expressway. Chrysler supposedly repaired it. Since that repair all sorts of electronic and mechanical glitches have developed.
