Only had car 2 days before 1st failure. Towed to Orlando dealership on 5/25 returned 5/29. While driving home from Orlando in "repaired car" car cut off 2x while driving. Drove to Melbourne dealership. Melbourne dealership advised they were booked up through next Thursday. Today is Friday. Said no rental authorizes until they had time to determine if car needed to stay overnight for repair. Asked Orlando dealership to help. They told Melbourne they would pay for the rental. Melbourne service manager said he had to pick up kids so if they did not provide purchase order number quickly nothing would happen. Orlando dealership called owner and owner approved rental.
Really...hours to get this decision. Waiting for outcome. This is very difficult failure as vet husband is disabled and had stroke. Time in heat waiting for tow is an issue. Also having to deal with the Melbourne dealership is at best challenging. My first Chrysler. Buyers beware
