The contact owns a 2018 Chrysler 300 equipped with hancock optimo tires, size: 235/55R19 (na). While driving, an abnormal clunking noise was detected and the vehicle slid. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who stated that the tires needed to be replaced. The vehicle was taken to kolosso Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram (2701 w college ave, appleton, wi 54914, (920) 659-6064) where it was diagnosed that the strut and strut mount needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and did not assist. The dot number and tire failure mileage were unknown. The VIN was invalid. The vehicle failure mileage was 2,000.
