I have had to change the brakes on my Chrysler 300C twice in this year an now I need to get some more brakes. It is a 2006 an the company I bought it from is now out of business which was prebul, they lied an said the changed the rotors an they did not, I got the car used in 2008 and I have had nothing but problems with the brakes an rotors, I need some help an surely this is not the way Chrysler treat there customers!!! this car has been make noise since I got it !!

While slowing for upcoming traffic I signaled to the GMC dually truck by tapping my brakes...he was talking to his passenger and didn't see me...he hi me at about 55 mph...the impact pushed me into oncoming traffic spinning me around 3 times...the drivers seatback broke and instead of keeping me in my seat (I was seatbelted) I ended up in the right rear back seat slamming my head against the right read door and also hurt my back...I don't think the seat is safe if it did that.
