I received a Recall Airbag notice around Sept. 2016. I scheduled an appointment and one side was completed on or around November 28, 2016. I don't remember which side. However, the other side was not completed because it was not in stock and I would be notified when the shipment arrived to complete the other side. As of April 25, 2017, I haven't been contacted yet.
"Throughout my life I've owned many makes of vehicles and I must say, the experiences with Chrysler are by far the most appalling of any. Due to my experiences I truly can say that I would never buy another Chrysler product or recommend anyone to do so. I feel brushed off anytime that I contact Chrysler regarding an issue and it's sad to say that I anticipate it prior to reaching out to Chrysler. I really prematurely expect that my concern will not be addressed to my satisfaction.
