Chrysler 300. Consumer writes in regards to driver airbag inflator recall notice replacement parts issues.
- Kernersville, NC, USA
I received a recall notice and my local dealer says they can't get the necessary parts required to repair my vehicle from the manufacturer. I have given this dealership ample time to remedy my problem but still it hasn't been resolved. I phoned the manufacturer about it and they verified that the dealership doesn't have the part and they couldn't give a timeline. So I'm writing to complain now.
