The contact owns a 2007 Chrysler 300C. The contact does not understand why the tie rods are loose at 39,000 miles. He found online that this was a common failure for the 300C. The vehicle is not under warranty; therefore, the manufacturer will not cover the cost of the repair. The contact stated that a crash could occur while driving due to the failure. The current mileage was 40,000 and failure mileage was 39,000.
