Started having problems with the key when the car had about 30,000 miles. It wouldn't start and the message said " damaged key" or "wrong key". Luckily we had the other key and started using that one. We took the car to the dealership in Mc Allen, Texas and they told us they couldn't help us because it wouldn't do it all the time. Well now the other key started doing the same thing and I've been stuck without a vehicle for over a week. Freakin bummer.....The least Chrysler should do is send a tow truck to pick it up and fix it, being that this problem started a while back! Personally they should have a recall and fix this problem. The mechanic in McAllen said there had been other reports of this same problem!

Had been to exercise class that morning. Not sure if date recorded was actual since this is after the fact a few years. However this was the first time I was left stranded by my Chrysler. 30 miles from home had to call spouse to bring spare key and then get new key from dealership to replace my own. In hind sight I should have gotten rid of car at THAT TIME BUT I DIDN'T.
