At 24K miles this vehicle stranded me in lansing Michigan with the 3/36 bumper to bumper still in effect. My trip was interupted and was offered no place to stay or any transportation to my home. The vehicle would be in the shop for the weekend and two days into the next week. Down 5 days just to return it not fixed with only the software being reflashed. A total of 4 trips to the dealer where purchased with no steering, no shifting and other electrical problems. The radio was replaced, the power steering unit, a major wiring loom, and the loom to the ebrake system. Vehicle lost power steering only to regain it some 20 miles down the road causing the vehicle to swerve. Trans would not up shift. Gps was telling me I was somewhere I wasn't about 60 miles away. This car is a lemon in my opinion, and I no longer trust it or the service of any of the dealers to keep it on the road. Four trips and almost 3 weeks of trouble, and a solution at last. But, is it"???? not even the dealer knows. When asked to contact the regional service rep with Chrysler, the service department agreed, but had no idea when he or she could be reached. Four service requests; a possible solution which may work long term and may not. What now??" and, I have a 2018 Jeep Cherokee which may develop the same problems. Ugh!

My car is tramlining. In other words, my car has the tendency to follow imperfections in the road and ends up yanking the steering wheel out of my hands whenever the front tires find a rut in the road. This has caused my car to dangerously pull towards oncoming traffic. Also, my radio preset buttons on entertainment center sometimes don't function when initially starting my car leading to the inability to change radio stations. The buttons for my heated seats and heated steering wheel on my entertainment center start-up screen sometimes will not remain on after activating them, which results in having to reactivate them through the secondary access menu after the initial start-up screen disappears and the main menu appears.
