In 2001 we purchased a used 2000 Chrysler 300M, but traded it in for a new 2002 Chrysler 300M as we were experiencing electrical issues with the 2001. Hoping that we just purchased a "bad egg" in the 2001 Chrysler, we were extremely disappointed when we began experiencing the same type of electrical issues with our brand new 2002 Chrysler 300M within months of purchase. Every time we took it back to the dealer to complain, they always said that they "couldn't recreate" the problem, so they couldn't fix it! We experienced issues with the interior & exterior lights flashing on an off, the electric windows intermittently not working, the electric seats sometimes working and other times not. I don't know how many times we had the motor in the seats and/or windows replaced during the warranty period, and we still continue to have issues.
