1. no failure has occurred, but it feels very dangerous to drive. 2. description: The suspension is too soft and bouncy. The front end feels like it skips across the road if you hit a bad spot in the pavement; just normal bumps. Doesn't matter what speed, but if you are on the interstate, it feels incredible dangerous. Cannot feel the road whatsoever. Too many "large" blind spots. I won't let my children drive this car, B/C I don't feel it is safe too drive. 3. I have contacted Chrysler many times about this issue and vibration issue. They basically say that there is nothing wrong.
