The contact owns a 2007 Chrysler Aspen. The contact stated while the vehicle was being serviced, for new tires there was rust and corrosion underneath the wheel well. As a result the rust, the rims on the vehicle were cracked. The failure was not reported to the dealer, for diagnostic testing. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 55,000, and the current mileage was 71,000.
