The contact owns a 1995 Chrysler Cirrus. The contact attempted to start her vehicle, but was unsuccessful. The entire instrument panel illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a mechanic and he stated that the modulator needed to be replaced. The work was performed, but the failure recurred a month later. There is a rod on the rear driver side that is supposed to hold the wheel in place, but it has rusted. The rod fell apart and the contact had it replaced. While the vehicle was parked, she noticed that the brakeline was leaking brake fluid onto the ground. The contact took the vehicle to a mechanic and had it repaired. The VIN, engine size, number of cylinders, powertrain, and failure mileage were unknown. The current mileage was 63,742.
