The vehicle simply stalled and would not start again. The distributor and distributor rotor have been replaced. The car ran for one day then stalled again and won't start. We are taking it back now for more work and it only has 51,000 miles on it!

Driving at 45 mph vehicle lost power. Turned key but engine would not start. Mechanic stated that car computer was damage due to faulty distributor. A replacement computer was put into vehicle but it too was damage. After conferring with dealer, it was determine that a faulty distributor cause computer to fail. I had to purchase a distributor and computer to fix problem. I believe that such a defect should be investigated and be classified as a recall. Thank you for your consideration on this matter.
