: the contact stated while driving the vehicle stalled without warning. This occurred at various speeds. The vehicle was towed to the dealership, where they determined the computer was bad and needed to be replaced. The manufacturer has not been contacted. The consumer stated the recall regarding the automatic shifter was not properly fixed. The consumer had problems shifting gears. Updated 05/30/06.

While parked and the key out of the ignition, the vehicle came out of gear and rolled down the driveway colliding into a tree. Then six weeks later a recall issued for the floor shift assembly. The consumer has contacted the manufacturer for reimbursement, however they have denied her claim. Please provide additional information.
