The heater blower fan in my 2000 Chrysler Cirrus continually burns out in the "low" and "medium" settings. It only operates on the "high" setting. I have replaced it 3 times, the last replacement lasted one week. I go to a small independent repair shop who have had 11 other customers with the same problem with multiple failures.
