Car spins as a result of intermittant transmission downshifts when right turn signal is used causing the transmission to downshift violently. The transmission has been replaced twice. Two dealers unable to find any electrical problem. When traveling at 65 mph on wet pavement and the transmission downshifts the car wants to spin in a clockwise direction.

While driving instrument panel/air bag light/air conditioning system malfuctioned, causing vehicle to stall, almost causing an accident. There is a technical service bulletin on this problem, but dealer has not inspected the vehicle.
