Vehicle was making a pinging sound, and was cutting off and on intermittently. Consumer took vehicle to dealership, and mechanic said he couldn't see the vehicle, to bring it in. Fuel injector was defected. Mechanic told consumer that it would cost him $600. Engine check light on dashboard blinking off and on.
