Totaled my 1997 Concorde on 4/6/03 and the air bags didn't deploy. The conclusion of Chrysler investigation was, I wasn't going fast enough for the air bags to deploy. I hit the guard rail and concrete wall at about 60 mph. How fast did I have to be going to have them deploy"?"
