: the contact stated upon sitting in the front driver's seat, the back of the seat fell backwards into a reclined position. The vehicle was seen by a dealer for inspection who determined the seat failed due to normal wear and tear. The service department replaced the seat recliner which corrected the problem.

The consumer was told the vehicle needed a tune, however the consumer disagreed that a tune- up was needed with such low mileage.
