the car is at dealer since August ,the only mechanic that knows what the car looks like is on vacation,he came back and the car needs a PCU,a skim module, another computer and new keys.the computers come from Mercedes and their answer about the parts is "you get them, when you get them"OK,as of 10/01 they say it will take 6-8 weeks maybe more.ask for a loaner so i can go to work and they tell me we don't have them(for me because the car is a 04) tomorrow i'm giving them the title and they can shove the car where the sun doesn't shine, because i'm not making payments on a car that they don't the parts to repair(they told me the computer as to be made and the manufacturer needs more requested units to process the order)screwed coming and going, the Dealer is bending over backwards trying to accommodate me,but even they get the run around from Chrysler,Port Jeff Chrysler Jeep have a great service and parts dept, and they work with the costumer in mind,Chrysler on the other hand does't give two sh**s about the idiot that keeps on buying their product ( me like an ass i'm on my 6th and LAST Chrysler product. thanks for listening

i have to say that Chrysler went the extra mile for me(after i found a extremelly nice and helpful associate)my total cost was1400.00 and that included 2 new keys shipped from Germany,PCM computer ,skim module,ECM and other modules .they refunded me 1 car payment(519.00) and damaged my rear bumper from sitting so long in the parrking lot, which my insurance had to pay since nobody claimed responsability, and all in all i'm happy with the outcome and this being a unheard of incident Chrysler made good on their offer since it was a Mercedes Benz deffect . thanks again for listening.(and total bill with labor would be well over 7000.00)
