The back window has become detached and is hanging on by a thread. It becomes more detached when driving the vehicle. The silver seen in the photo is duck tape we applied to help keep it in place which is not working. This vehicle has been stored in a garage since purchase in new smyrna beach fl. Additionally, in the past two months the air bag indicator will not go off in the vehicle. Its like owning the [xxx] stepchild of Chrysler/Mercedes nobody knows anything. Car was sitting in the driveway and back glass fell out and broke we had replaced this top once with our money as Chrysler and NHTSA wouldn't do anything about it this car has had recalls on this problem of the glass falling out and the glue failures but it seems only certain cars are repaired this car has been kept in a garage since the new top was installed and we took it out for a few days and the glue let loose what will it take to get Chrysler or NHTSA to fix this

The top was closed at the time and the failure occurred without warning. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that defective glue used was by the manufacturer and the convertible top needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue but did not offer any further assistance. The contact was informed that a technical service bulletin was issued, but expired last year. The contact stated that he did not receive the technical service bulletin. The failure mileage was approximately 100,000.
