The contact owns a 2007 Chrysler Crossfire convertible. While driving approximately 50 mph, the contact felt a breeze and noticed that the rear window had disengaged from the frame of the vehicle. The dealer diagnosed that the roof needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified. The approximate failure mileage was 55,000.
