Consumer received recall 99V215000/engine cradle. A month ago. Called for appointment, and they didin't have part in. Dealer told consumer they would call him back. Consumer called on 16-Mar-2000, a person at dealership stated that he was the one to call consumeer back. Consumer was concerned with consequences that could result.
