Accelerator cable broke and vehicle accelerated even with consumer applying brakes. Vehicle crashed into a building. Contacted dealer, and dealer was not willing to do anything.

While sitting still in vehicle, vehicle accelerated. Was put in park with foot on brake, wheels started spinning, and vehicle took off during a funeral procession. Hit three other cars. Driver injured. Both air bags deployed. Vehicle was totalled. Dealer aware of the problem.
