This is a blue neon. Every other blue neon that i have ever seen has the same problem, all of the paint is peeling off. I've never seen anything like it. You can take your finger and just peel it off. I don't know what Chrysler did or did not do to these cars when they painted them but i do know i will never buy a Chrysler again.
