Driver's headrest keeps moving up while driving vehicle. Vehicle taken to dealer, passenger's seat was replaced by mistake. Consumer is still waiting to have driver seat replaced. Please add further details.

Head restraints are causing poor visibility. Dealer was notified, and unwilling to assist in this matter. Consumer believes this to be a design problem, the rear head rests are very distracting and confusing when using the inside rear view mirror, the front seat head rests block visibility when changing lanes or backing up.

Head restraint is of such design that it will not stay in position. It will drift up, and consumer's head rests against metal bars. Chrysler admitted there was a problem, and they were working on it. Chrysler stated to consumer that all vehicles made after November 2000 have this problem.
