problem #3

Nov 012010

PT Cruiser

  • Automatic transmission
  • 99,250 miles

I've had to jump start the car several times and even buy a new battery. I always have to recheck the brake light after 30 minutes and again after 1 hour. As soon as I click unlock the brake lights go off. The repair shop replaced the brake light switch but that didn't help. They say bring it back when the brake lights are on.

PT Cruiser

  • Automatic transmission
  • 35,000 miles

The ABS, trac and brake light stay on all the time. Chrysler won't replace the computer module, even though it is their defect.

When, the light is on, the ABS system shuts down, so the anti-lock

brakes don't function properly.
