While traveling on highway another vehicle veered into consumer's vehicle, and driver's side seatbelt didn't hold. Dealership is aware of problem.

After being rear ended the seat belt did not hold the driver from going forward, resulting in concussion. The driver and passenger seats belts are able to be pulled out at rapid pace and do not receive a lockup.
