I was driving North on I95 Sunday and all of a sudden the rear drivers side quarter window just flew off without any warning no breakage nothing hit it just blew off. Unfortunately it broke up when it hit the pavement. Is there still a recall #07V149000 that can still take care of this problem?

2005 Chrysler PT CRUISER vehicle with a recall for rear quarter glass. Consumer states that in may she ordered the parts to get the recall repair and she called to see if they were in and was told they would contact her. She has yet to be contacted. The consumer was told the parts were on back order. (recall# 07V149000)

The contact owns a 2005 Chrysler PT CRUISER. The contact received recall notice # 07V149000 (visibility:glass, side/rear). She has not scheduled an appointment for the recall repair because the dealer stated that the parts are on back order. The current mileage is 36,000 and the failure mileage was inapplicable.
