PT Cruiser Convertable

This problem with the drivers side trim panel have come apart at least 10 times since I purchase the car brand new with 100 miles on it I kept taking it in and before I can drive it home its broke again Jim Burke order a new part at least 2 or 3 times the last time being 11/10/11 I drove to the grocery store and it broke My husband took it back they stuck it back on and advise us the warranty was up and they would not fix it any more however someone there told him we were not the only ones with this problem, so I contacted Chrysler group talk to 2 mgrs a Deshonda and Jason..they advise me it was my fault according to the mgr at Jim Burke states I get in and out of the car wrong What!!! give me a break I am a senior citizen female I weigh 185 a 26000.00 car cannot hold me Help!!
