My seats stop working
- Detroit, MI, USA
The contact owns a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica. The contact stated that the vehicle would not accelerate and the brake pedal became jammed. The contact applied excessive force to the accelerator pedal before it became dislodged. Additionally, the contact was unable to adjust the front driver's seat. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 115,000.
- Huntly, VA, USA
The power seats both front aren't working and the peddle adj. And the driver seat in back position hard to drive.
- Louisville, OH, USA
Both electric seat adjusters just stopped working. The driver's side seat is so far back that it's not really safe to be driving, and both seats are stuck in an uncomfortable position. The driver's side seat is stuck in the "exit the car" position, so it must have stopped working last Sunday when I drove it and then parked it for the night. Now it's too far back for me to operate safely and I am sadly disappointed in Chrysler. This should be fixed for free in my opinion, because I see many complaints online about the same problem. What a piece of junk.

Power seat/memory failed since new. Startedwith lumbar support inoperable. Memory module had 8 failures flag. Dealer reset computers. Since then, power seat/pedal function & memory fails intermittently and frequently, often leaving seat in full back position (making it dangerous for short drivers).
