The contact owns a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica. While driving 65 mph, the contact heard a clunking noise coming from the engine. The vehicle cruised to a stop. The vehicle was unable to be moved. The mechanic stated that the front differential failed and damaged the transmission. As of December 12, 2007, the mechanic had not repaired the vehicle. The current and failure mileages were 72,000.
