Pacifica

  • Automatic transmission
  • 14,616 miles
The transmission was making a clanking noise. The consumer took the vehicle to the dealer, and had the transfer case replaced on two occasions, yet the problem recurred. The consumer later contacted the manufacturer, who was unwilling to do anything about the problem. The noise was heard when shifting in and out of park, drive and reverse, the vehicle leaked a brownish color fluid and the fuel gauge would go in and out.
