2005 Pacifica bought from dealer now out of business. Vehicle failed Pennsylvania state inspection in July 2017 for rotted sub frame / K frame. Had just spent $600 on a catalytic converter. Now the estimate is $3100 for a new sub frame... This cost totals the vehicle and I'll have to buy a new one and I'm out $600 to boot.

This should have been a recall. I was never notified. This is a manufacturing defect. Rust prevention undercoating not done or not done properly. Some say it was skipped entirely.

This was during the time that Chrysler was aligned with Daimler Benz. I can't imagine the lack of quality now that it's Fiat Chrysler - YUCK!!! I'll never buy another Chrysler product, not even a Mopar bottle opener.

If anyone knows of a class action suit or some government intervention, please let me know. The vehicle is worse than useless, it's dangerous.

Vehicle brought in for brakes and during visual inspection of vehicle, several holes in frame found due to rust/corrosion. Vehicle is not covered under 6 week window Chrysler corporation currently covers. Vehicle is unsafe, fails provincial safety inspection and at this time owner will bear cost.

A huge shock and disappointment as my Pacifica has been my all-time favorite car! I just love this car and was hugely disappointed to find out they stopped making them. Now, with only 140,000 km on this car, my mechanic tells me it is unsafe to drive with my 4 children and will cost close to $3000. to replace the K frame and sub frame. Was really shocked to find out Chrysler didn't recall the 2005 Pacifica for the safety of their customers. Shame on you Chrysler! This has made a HUGE Chrysler fan leery of buying another Chrysler product.
