Pacifica Limited 3.5L

About 3 weeks ago my 2005 chrysler pacifica over heated. It was in the 90's so I just thought because of the heat and driving in the city that it got overheated. Yesterday it happened again. I checked the fans and they didn't work. Checked the #13 fuse and it was good. I replaced the fan relay and it still doesn't work. My mechanic checked the temp sending unit and it checks out ok. Any help?
