I would like to know if this is a recall matter for Chrysler vehicles. I find it hard to believe that this could have happened, considering that I have not driven it hard or been stuck anywhere. I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I purchased this vehicle. The parts are expensive, like a high-end car, but it doesn't hold up very long. I had a stabilizer bar fixed not too long ago, which cost me $180 to fix. This was very expensive and I am disappointed with the number of times I have been in the repair shop with this vehicle. I realize I have high miles on it, but everything seems to be breaking on me all at once and it's frustrating to have the vehicle in the shop more than I am actually driving it. I am still waiting for my vehicle to be repaired for the transfer case. The repair shop was unable to locate the part anywhere in New York State!! So, what does that tell me? I would like to hear from someone to alleviate my frustration and to somehow help in some way, shape or form. Thank you.

I have not had any problems with my Pacifica I purchased it in august of 2014 It is a very comfortable vehicle. I went to start the car and it gave me no warnings when I applied the brakes and proceeded to put the car in gear, that the gear was locked in park and I could not engage it. I tried the recommended reset and it did not work, it only made matters worse. I don't have an extended warranty and the warranty as often does, ran out. I am frustrated because of the way it happened with no warning.
