The contact owns a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica. The contact stated that the check engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnostic where the contact was advised that the catalytic converter had failed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure however, the contact was advised that the part needed to complete the repair was on back order. The failure mileage was 90,000. The current mileage was 91,000...updated 07-17-13 on May 30, 2013 the consumer replaced the catalytic converter for a second time. The last one, only lasted for 30,000 miles. Updated 07/18/13
