It does not happen all the time, but sometimes when I drive over puddles on the road, the battery light indicator goes on and the power steering locks up. This makes it very difficult to steer. The first time it happened to me, it was very scary and I actually swerved into the other lane, thankfully there was nobody in it. I thought this was a fluke. This has happened again and again and I now avoid driving over puddles or at high speed when it rains. This seems like a very expensive fix and I cannot afford it. This is making reconsider buying another chrysler car.
