The contact owns a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica. While driving 25 mph, the contact heard a loud popping noise and the vehicle veered to the left. The vehicle was towed to the dealer and they stated that the front driver side axle failed. The dealer stated that the part was on back order. As of August 31, 2007, the vehicle has not been repaired. The failure and current mileages were 73,200.
