Pacifica

  • 55,000 miles
The contact owns a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica. The contact stated when driving at various speeds, the vehicle would sporadically begin to lose power. The instrument panel would also intermittently fail. The vehicle was serviced at a local repair facility where the battery was replaced. The mechanic advised that the positive wire was becoming abnormally hot and could potentially cause a fire to occur. In addition, the rear driver side window would intermittently fail to open when engaged. The contact was able to secure an appointment to have the vehicle diagnosed. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure and current mileages were approximately 55,000.

Really was happy with my Pacifica but now I am afraid to drive it! managed to get through the whole left turn and the car stalls. But now driving down a straight road the whole passenger side window collapsed into the door for not apparent reason. It was on the side my daughter was buckled into her car seat and needless to say scared her to death as rain was soaking her!
