I read about this problem online. It happened when I was waiting on the car line at my daughter's school to pick her up. I would pull up & then hit the switch to tilt the back of my seat back so i could could sit & read. The drivers side seat went first & then the passenger seat right after that. Now the bottom of the seats move just not the backs. Also notice what appears to be pieces of the padding of the drivers seat under the seat when I vacuum the interior of the Pacifica.
