My car seats move while I am driving automatically. With my seat belt on sometimes I cant touch the pedals. Also, my car is stalling and it eats oil nonstop. I have had it checked and nothing is shown as wrong. I see there was a recall for this model and it was done so why is this still happening. Seat issue is very dangerous, I have to drive and hold the button forward on the door to stop it from moving.

The contact owns a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica. Since may of 2009, the contact has noticed white foam on the floor of the vehicle. She discovered that the foam was falling from the back padding of the driver's seat. The seat was intact, but the contact believed that the foam was dry rotted. The vehicle was taken in to have the dry rotted foam repaired; however, the contact did not want to pay for the repair. Chrysler stated that they would have paid for the repair if the vehicle had less than 36,000 miles. Chrysler admitted that there was a defect, but would not cover the repair due to the mileage on the vehicle. The failure mileage was 46,000.
