The traction control and esp lights have been on for months, dealer states that the problem is the clockspring, but part is not available. So currently the esp and traction control, both of which are safety features are not functioning and I can not repair cause part is not readily available, I feel there should be a recall to cover this safety concern.

While stopped at intersection a vehicle traveling at 40 to 60 mph tried to turn the corner and struck our vehicle in the left front corner. The collision totaled the vehicle making the turn. At this time the insurance co. Hasn't decided whether to total ours or not. This vehicle is equipped with front air bags, under dash leg air bags and full side curtain air bags. None of the air bags deployed. I would have thought that with the direction of the impact that all air bags would have deployed, instead of none.
