I contacted the Jeff Wyler dealership in Spfld., OH in early July to get the rear motor mounts. The parts department stated they did not have the part in stock and it could be a long time before they could get the parts. They stated they would put me on their waiting list but it could be quite sometime since their waiting list has 25 people in front of me wanting the same parts. I have checked with them several time and within the last week and they state they still have 25 people in front of me waiting for the same parts. Auto Zone, etc. also state they cannot get the rear motor mounts either. This is at one Chrysler dealership in a county of 125,000 residents. How large can the problem be nationwide?
This situation strongly suggests that Chrysler should place a recall on what is obviously defective parts.
